Job Description: | Responsibilities • Identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research . • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' business processes, pain points, and objectives. • Develop and present customized BPO solutions tailored to clients' specific requirements. • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, legal) to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities . • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Skills • Should have 3+ yrs. of experience. • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the BPO or related industry • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Strong understanding of BPO services and industry trends • Ability to analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. |
