| Job Description: | Skills Required • Graduate with min of 1 years of experience in IB Customer Service Voice. • Experience in E-commerce customer support. • Outstanding English communication and interpersonal skills – written & verbal. • Proven experience working under strict deadlines and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. • Build regular communication with customer; questions, day to day problems, and oversee deliverables for quality and guideline compliance. • Responsible for delivering project KPI’s. Requirement • 5 days with rotational off • 24*7 rotational shifts • Shift Hours – 9 hour and 7.5 hours production |
